The Simple Sonoran Process

At Simple Sonora Florals, we believe the process of planning your flowers should feel as peaceful and enjoyable as the celebration itself. From our first conversation to the final vase return, we're here to guide you every step of the way with thoughtful communication, intentional design, and a personal touch.

  1. Initial Consultation

We’ll schedule a consultation (approximately 1 hour) to discuss your wedding vision, floral style, color palette, budget, and overall needs.

IV. Floral Preparation

Your florals will be thoughtfully designed and prepared leading up to your event using seasonal blooms and curated materials.

II. Floral Proposal & Design

Within approximately five business days, you’ll receive a custom floral proposal outlining your package, pricing, and overall design direction.

V. Pickup or Delivery

Flowers may be picked up in Tucson before your event. Delivery may be available for a fee, depending on location and event size.

III. Booking & Deposit

To reserve your date, a signed agreement and deposit are required. Floral mock-ups may be available upon request for an additional fee

VI. Vase and Rental Returns

Any rented vases or floral supplies should be returned after the event for deposit reimbursement.
